Services

Focused advisory for partnerships, funding and social impact.

Practical support for organisations that need stronger partnership strategy, more sustainable resource mobilisation, clearer philanthropy or CSR direction, or senior capability to move from ambition into execution.

Engagements are structured as fixed-fee projects, workshops or retained advisory support, depending on the scope and level of involvement required.

Advisory domains

Five areas of support. One integrated partnership lens.

The work can focus on a specific challenge or combine several domains where strategy, funding, stakeholder engagement and internal capability are closely linked.

01

Strategic Partnerships Advisory

Clarify where partnership can create the greatest value and how to build the relationships required to deliver it.

  • Partnership strategy & operating model
  • Stakeholder mapping & prioritisation
  • Value propositions & engagement planning
  • Pipeline, governance & relationship frameworks
02

Fundraising & Resource Mobilization

Create a more disciplined approach to funding growth, donor relationships and stewardship.

  • Resource-mobilisation strategy
  • Donor/prospect segmentation
  • Major-gift & corporate fundraising approach
  • Stewardship, pipeline & performance tools
03

CSR, Philanthropy & Social Impact Advisory

Move from reactive giving toward a clearer, more intentional approach to social investment.

  • Impact or philanthropy thesis
  • Focus-area prioritisation
  • Partnership & governance models
  • Opportunity and portfolio assessment
04

  • Leadership reporting & accountability
Productised engagements

Choose the level of support that matches the decision in front of you.

The Diagnostic and Accelerator are the two primary starting points. Fractional advisory, strategy sprints and workshops provide focused alternatives where the need is different.

03

Fractional Head of Partnerships / Resource Mobilization

Monthly retained senior support for priorities, pipeline quality, engagement and operating discipline.

04

CSR / Philanthropy Strategy Sprint

A focused fixed-fee project for corporate, family-office or philanthropic decision-makers seeking clearer social-impact direction.

05

Executive Workshops & Team Capacity Building

Half-day, full-day or tailored sessions built around real partnership and resource-mobilisation challenges.

How engagements work

Structured around the challenge, not a predefined package.

Each engagement is defined around the outcomes, responsibilities, timing and boundaries that matter to the organisation.

01

Clarify

Start with the decision, problem or opportunity.

02

Scope

Agree outcomes, deliverables, responsibilities and timing.

03

Collaborate

Work with leadership and relevant team members.

04

Build for use

Translate recommendations into tools, priorities and next steps.

Frequently asked questions

Practical questions before we begin.

Do you work on project or retainer basis?

Yes. Engagements can be fixed-fee diagnostics, strategy projects, workshops or retained/fractional advisory support.

Do you fundraise on a percentage-of-funds-raised basis?

No. Advisory work is structured through fixed fees, workshop fees or retainers.

Can you introduce us directly to donors or partners?

Introductions are not sold as a service and are never guaranteed. Strategy, fit, readiness and credible relationship development come first.

Do you work outside Jordan?

The practice is focused on Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the wider MENA region, with remote and in-person formats depending on the engagement.

Can you support our internal team rather than replace it?

Yes. Many engagements strengthen an existing team through strategy, tools, coaching and senior decision support.

How do we start?

A short initial conversation helps clarify the objective, urgency, stakeholders and likely scope. If there is a fit, the next step is a concise proposal.
